| How do I get a virtual tour of my property/business?
Simply contact a Tours"R"Us agent through the information on our contact page. Arrange a mutually convenient time for the agent to shoot the tour. We will take care of all of the details.

| Will viewers need special software to view the tours?
No, all viewers require is a basic Pc or Mac running a standard Java enabled browser.

| How long until my tour will be online?
Tours are generally online within 48 hours of the Tours"R"Us agent completing the photo shoot.

| Do I have to be present when the Tours"R"Us agent is shooting the tour?
No, however arrangements must be made for the agent to have access to the property.

| How and when do I pay for my tour?
If you require more than one tour or are a repeat customer you will be billed on a bi-weekly basis. Payment will be required from one-time tour customers upon completion of the photo shoot. At the present time we accept cash, cheques and money orders as forms of payment. Online credit card payments are accepted through PayPal. PayPal payments can be made on our "Services" page.
